Workshop training facilities: placing PEG feeding probes

Model characteristics:

Abdominal wall placement with a piece of genuine pig stomach

Training course: percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) placement

In the PEG training course, a piece of pig skin is placed on the model cover precisely ventral to the stomach, and the stomach can be percutaneously punctured through it. Diaphanoscopy and finger impression techniques are also possible. This makes it possible to carry out step-by-step training in the individual stages of PEG placement.
